Is there a charge for the West Valley ID Card?
Students, Faculty, and Staff are not charged for their initial card.
How long will it take once my Student ID Card Online Application is submitted?
Please allow 3-5 business days after your Student ID Card Online Application is submitted for your West Valley College ID Card to be ready for distribution. West Valley College ID cards will be mailed to the address on record with the Office of Admissions & Records. To update your current mailing address, please submit a Student Information Change Form to [email protected].
What is the largest file size I can upload?
6MB.
What photo file types do you accept?
Only JPEG (.jpg) and HEIC (.heic) file types are accepted.
What happens if the photo I supply does not meet the requirements specified for West Valley College ID Cards?
Your application for a West Valley College ID Card will be delayed. You will receive an email indicating the reason why the photo was not acceptable and will have to either reāupload another picture or visit the Office of Student Activities to have your ID card produced manually.
How do I get a replacement card?
If your card is lost or damaged, visit the Welcome Center during regular hours to request a replacement.
